We are fully insured ("for hire or reward insurance") to provide these services.Our insurance polices meet the criteria as set down by the British Association of Removers (BAR). We carry our own separate insurance ("goods in transit insurance") for your possessions whilst they are being carried by us. Each removal is covered for loss or damage whilst in transit to a maximum £50,000 of our customers belongings during transit stage of your move,subject to an excess charge of £250.00 per claim. Our Storage Insurance is £250,000. We have public liabilty insurance of £10,000,000.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the correct insurance values in place for their belongings. Please check with and advise your household contents policy issuer prior to your move as you will find that all good home contents insurance policies cover domestic removals.
